Baltimore, MD (December 11, 2014) – Enradius, a Baltimore-based digital marketing company that brings the power of geo-targeted advertising and digital marketing to small and medium-sized businesses, today announced the launch of its Philadelphia metro region operations. The new regional office will be headed by Jim Dolan, a multi-media strategist and manager who has led radio, digital and cable television sales operations in the Mid-Atlantic region for the past 30 years.

Enradius provides geo-targeted advertising and digital marketing solutions by combining a geographical- or community-specific radius with the latest, emerging advertising and marketing solutions such as video ads, local search engine optimization, paid search marketing, social media and mobile marketing.

As head of the Philadelphia office, Jim will lead Enradius’ expansion into the greater metro region. “Enradius represents an enormous opportunity to provide retail and B2B advertisers with a solution that places their products and services in front of customers from earliest search to final conversion – on whatever devices they choose to use and from wherever they choose to use them. Nothing is more exciting than delivering pinpointed, geo-targeted advertising solutions, and the Enradius approach provides that to all sized organizations,” Jim said. “I’m excited to be a part of a growing company, and to be expanding Enradius’ footprint into Philadelphia.”

Jim was named one of the Top Managers in Radio by Radio Ink Magazine for three consecutive years and is a past Chairman of the Baltimore/D.C./Delaware Broadcasters Association and a former member of Arbitron’s Advisory Council. Jim was most recently General Sales Manager of Greater Media’s BEN-FM in Philadelphia and was Regional Sales Manager of Comcast Spotlight in Baltimore. He also currently serves as a mentor for the Philadelphia Ad Club mentoring program.
